“This company is amazing! Excellent customer service. I needed a basketball goal removed from the front driveway of my home. I call Genie Junk Removal on Monday late afternoon & spoke to Ryan. Ryan requested I text him some pictures of the item to be removed so he could give me a quote. I text the pictures as requested & received a quote immediately. I text back that I was happy with the quote & wanted to go forward with the removal. Ryan responded that he might be able to remove it the following day (Tuesday) or the lastest would be Wednesday. I accepted his offer & provided my address via text. The following day (Tuesday) Ryan text me around 1:30 pm that he as on his way to my property. When he arrived he text me a picture of my property & the basketball goal he was hired to remove. I gave him a thumbs up. About 30 minutes later Ryan text a picture of the basketball goal in the back of a dumpster trailer along with information to pay him via Zelle. I sent the Zelle payment & the job was completed in less than 24 hours! I ‘m very happy with how quickly this was done. Thank you Ryan & Genie Junk for the EXCELLENT SERVICE!”
