“Were good when I first signed up. Then they reduced pick up days. Several times not even picked up, I had to call. Newer drivers leave the cans sitting too close to the highway and they've been hit bar cars and are broken. And today wouldn't empty my cans because there's a broken up piece of drywall that fell from me ceiling in it and about 40lbs of busted porcelain tile that came off an old piece of furniture I'm refurbishing. Yet the website says "our cans hold 335 lbs." "Items we will pick up... glass and ceramic, sheets of glass and mirrors, hoses, wire, wood (painted or stained) dry paint cans"....... Items we won't pick up "batteries, prescriptions, wet paint cans, electronics, florescent bulbs, motor oil and tires" Apparently a broken up piece of wall board doesn't qualify for wood and my porcelain tile is so much more hazardous than ceramic???”
