“We had a bad ice storm this week and was unable to get our cans unfrozen from the ground.... We seen Mr. Cooper would be picking up on our road & felt bad as we could not get our cans out to the road due to the ice & our health, we called & let them know this, they told us not to worry! . They backed up, in our driveway & took the bags out of out frozen cans.... I feel bad I couldn't have had the cans to the road, but they wasn't bothered by us not getting the cans out!!!! The world needs more folks like David Cooper & his crew!!!! I & my husband thank you so very much!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!! Again thank you so much!!!”
