“Very disappointed in their customer service . I was supposed to have a bin removed off property last week and they never showed up. I called and asked about it and they said they’ll get back with me Tuesday. I called again. I sent the same question of when they’re gonna come get the barrel. They said we’ll get back with me called Wednesday and spoke with a young female and they scheduled it for this Thursday and they still never came and got it called and asked why didn’t it come get the barrel and they said he’ll get back with me and he never did. This barrels been sitting on this property for two weeks and they still haven’t came and collected. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of their prompt responses.”
