I hope to update this later. I receive residential garbage and recycling. Today, the garbage and recycling came two hours later than usual, which isn’t a significant issue, but it might be indicative of management/the company, so thought I’d share. Two weeks ago, they arrived a day late… scheduling system is clearly imperfect. Easy to explain these away I suppose. What’s more concerning is leaving recycling and garbage debris in my driveway. I noticed a water bottle and went out to pick it up—whatever, it’s hot out and things happen. Discovered a bunch of other debris and small/ medium-sized broken glass pieces. Probably someone new to my property because they weren’t particularly considerate about putting my garbage covers back (although I don’t think it’s a big deal, but it does reflect the level of service). On the other hand, it also gives me hope that this is a one-off incident. We’ll see.

They "don't do reimbursements" when they fail to provide their service. Twice now they just didn't pick up our garbage. Each time they offered to come the next day, but never show up. They offered to come the day before our normal pick up, six days after they skipped us, which of course would be a useless hassle. Real condescending on the phone, "It's your choice if you don't want us to come back out." On another occasion, we forgot to bring out our bins and they came right out the next day, naturally for an extra fee. There's other options in the area that we will be trying from now on.
