My neighbor usually has their bin by their house but had their bin next to mine because their house was being painted. When WM picked up the trash they left my bin untouched. My trash was full so there was no way I was going to make it another week. I went online and requested a missed pick up. WM canceled my request. WM needs to do better! I have had trash services with them at this address for 10 years. My trash was in the same place every week. I’m very disappointed that WM couldn’t come out and make it right.
