I ordered a 20 yard construction dumpster via the website, paying a reasonable amount for a roughly 2 week time period. The office emailed to confirm the order. On scheduled date, I reached out to the office to confirm delivery, and was given an approximate time. The driver arrived significantly earlier than quoted and placed the dumpster exactly where we discussed. So far, I am impressed! Dumpster is well maintained and in very good condition. It's a dumpster, but not an eyesore.

I’ve had constant missed pickups where the driver falsely marks my account as “picked up” when they never came. Each time, I have to spend 20 minutes navigating your automated phone system just to report it. The only resolution offered is to “send the driver back”, never a refund or credit, despite my payments always being on time. Looking at Waste Management’s reviews, this seems to be a long-standing and widespread issue that hasn’t been addressed. It’s extremely concerning that the same problems are happening for months with no real corrective action. Customers deserve reliable service and accountability, not repeated excuses.
