Usually they are pretty good but there have been times they didn’t get my trash (bill paid and up to date). Leaving a review because they forgot 2 weeks in a row now and trash is building up. Will update this once I call and see what’s going on.

This Place is Literally A Trash Company. They Smashed both (2) of my New Garbage Cans. They Broke both wheels off one can and Cracked the other one all up going down the side. Im a longstanding customer, I always pay my Bill on Time and my bill is paid for the next 6 months up front. They are treating me terrible and There the ones that Broke MY cans. There trying to replace them with someone elses used garbage cans That are all scratched up. Theyve been used for years by someone else. They did not even sanitize these stinking cans. With Covid-19 this is absolutely unacceptable. They Smell absolutely Terrible. They Took One of My Broken cans, (of course the better of the two) there still trying to take my other broken one and im not accepting this deal. I Called to try to fix things over and over in a nice and calm manner. They continue to treat me terrible for what they did and insisting those are the only cans we will be getting. Theres no telling what was in those cans. I Just Want them To repair there own Damages so i can take my trash out and they keep making me out to be a problem. When they came to replace my cans with what were suppose to be new Cans, they woke my kids up out of bed ,Yelling and Swearing (literally) in the middle of the night because i didnt put both my broken cans out (Glad i didnt). I only wanted to put one to make sure we got new Cans. I got hung up on over and over trying to get ahold of owner. He eventually called and instantly had an attitude. He kept trying to get me to snap on him but i wouldn’t bite. He kept over talking me and telling me he finds it hard to believe The condition of the used cans i received. I don’t know why he wanted to fight over dropping off clean cans. And i definitely Don’t understand why they wouldn’t just fix the problem THEY created without a fight. They did however drop off more used cans, pressure washed i might add. Its just dirty To reuse cans from person to person. I wanted new cans like i recieved and paid for when i signed up, that they broke. Im switching garbage company’s when My Bill Is Due. I can tell its not even worth trying to get a refund for the upfront money i paid for the next several months. They’ll Just Hang up on me or keep over-talking me so i cant speak.
