Elite is capped at three businesses per city, so Elite members hold the top three positions on that city page — above every Featured Plus, Starter and free listing. Among the Elite members themselves the order rotates, so nobody is sold a permanent number one. Once the three Elite spots in a city are taken, that city is closed to new Elite members until one opens up.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the listing reverts to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your page stays live with your name, address and phone, but premium placement, the photo gallery, the do-follow website link and analytics go back to free-tier limits, and your city slot opens up for another business. You can re-subscribe at any time, though the spot may be gone.

No contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month and annual plans are twelve months paid up front. Either one can be cancelled yourself from your dashboard — no phone call, no cancellation fee.

No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-lead charge and no commission on jobs you win. The plan price you see is the entire cost.

Quote requests submitted on your listing are emailed to you the moment they come in, and can also be texted to you if you opt into SMS alerts. Paid tiers additionally show a click-to-call phone number and a do-follow link to your own website, so plenty of customers contact you directly without going through a form at all.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by our payment processor, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the period.

Paid listings go live in seconds once your payment clears. Free listings get a quick human review to keep the directory clean — usually within one business day — and you get an email as soon as yours is published.

Claim the existing listing instead of creating a second one. Use the “Claim this listing” link on your page — we verify that you are connected to the business, then transfer it into your account with its reviews and history intact, so you can upgrade it from there.

If something is wrong with your listing, contact us and we will fix it. Cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period, so if you want to test the directory first, start on a monthly plan and switch to annual once you see the leads.
