I will give no stars if I could do so. Unfortunately, the least I can give is one star. I was very naive to think this company will not do the trick to service my move without trying to scam me. I got charged for unexpected fees and these were last minute charges. The driver was outside my house suddenly he took 5 hours to finally load my stuff because he needed approval to load my stuff claiming I had more items than what I originally reported. Upon checking the reviews I noticed this dirty move is a frequent strategy they use to charge more money. I was under pressure and I had already given a deposit, so I knew I was not getting that money back. The additional charges included items that were already added to the original quote. They work with subcontractors so the driver was not even prepared to load my items. I’m soooo disappointed for getting scammed in a such dirty way but life goes on. Total additional amount paid was 2k more than my original quote. Hope someone reads this and doesn’t make the mistake to hire them. This will be the first and last service I do with them for sure.

There is NO communication from this company. The company they outsourced my move to had better customer service. I was told I would get a message Friday for my window on Tuesday or Wednesday. I told them I needed the window Monday or Tuesday. They told me they made that change. I never recieved a call or message about when they were actually coming. I call 3 times on Monday and was told the window was still Tuesday or Wednesday and that someone would call me back with a time. No one called back each time. Tuesday morning when they again did not call with a time frame (eventhough Tuesday was within the window) I called and was told the movers would be available 3-6 on Wednesday…when no one was available. Which I had told them each time I called. I asked to speak to a manager who noted that she saw no one had called me back and said she needed to contact dispatch and make a few other calls. She said she would call back, she didn’t. I called 4 hours later to speak to the manager and no one was available, of course and I was told someone would call me back. They never did. Terrible experience! Absolutely TERRIBLE
