I’ve been using A-1 Affordable Junk & Debris Removal for the past 6 years for all of my project needs. Jim has always been dependable, affordable, informative, and professional. I’ve used other companies in the past and A1 has by far been the best. Again thank you Jim and “See you soon”. Greg S.

What customers say

My experience with this demolition company was just okay. The structure was taken down, but the project took much longer than promised. There were multiple days when no one showed up to work, and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. The crew eventually finished the demolition, but the ground was left uneven and messy, which made it difficult to move forward with my next project. Cleanup was also incomplete, and I found small debris scattered around the property even after they said the job was finished. Overall, the work was done, but the process was frustrating.

I hired this demolition contractor to remove an old deck and small structure in my backyard, and the experience was more stressful than expected. The project didn’t start on time, and I wasn’t given any clear explanation for the delay. When the crew finally showed up, they seemed rushed and not very organized. During the demolition, dust and debris spread into areas that were supposed to be protected. After the job was finished, I noticed there were still piles of leftover materials that should have been hauled away. I had to call several times before someone came back to finish the cleanup. For the amount I paid, I expected better organization and attention to detail.

These people are THIEVES. They broke USD 600 worth of furniture (including a TV and TV stand) and said they would pay USD 500 of it MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. Now they’ve ghosted. Do yourself a favor and choose another company, these people have no principles.
