“I attempted to place an order. I responded w/ an email & included all requested info. An associate named Adam called me back to process my order, but there was an issue w/ the zip code. After giving him info of two credit cards the same issue. He directed me to call my credit card companies, which I did. They informed me the charges went through, then we're refunded. The company's ordering system would not allow the order to go through. I called Eagle dumpster rental back & was informed nobody was available to process the order. The receptionist was very patient & explained only sale managers could process payments. I thought the email I sent & the calls on the phone were all in vain. However, Adam called me back and assured me he would get the order filled. I really appreciate him going above and beyond & providing good customer service. I strongly recommend using their service.”

“If you are looking for a company to rent a dumpster from GO WITH THIS ONE. I needed a dumpster fast for a major basement clean out. I called 7 different places before deciding to use Can-Man. They had the best price for the tonnage and size dumpster I needed (3 tonnes 30 yard). The staff answered all of my questions no hesitation. Upon delivery of my dumpster the driver was very careful to put the dumpster exactly where I asked him to and took so much care in placing it. The gentleman introduced himself and was so polite and accommodating. He showed us how to open the dumpster and secure it shut. These guys are the absolute best! I will definitely be using them again for my next big project and you should too.”

“Haven’t had our trash picked up in two weeks. Their truck always seems to be broken down. We were told someone would be out two days ago and we still haven’t gotten our trash picked up. I understand trucks need repair but this isnt the first time this has happened this year. My neighbors are getting tired of my trash piling up out front of our house. Can’t bring it in because we have no idea when it will or ever get picked up. We are up to 3 large trash containers now.”

“Company had not pickup trash for a month in October to which I had to payout of pocket around 85 dollars to dump my trash at the landfill myself. Then had to nerve to send a bill for the next quarter with no discount for the inconvenience. But have the nerve to call when Im at work to request payment. Edit the owner called and was in willing to work with me. They instead stated that October is “in the past” Wish Jay DC was still accepting customers ‍♂️”
