Haven’t had our trash picked up in two weeks. Their truck always seems to be broken down. We were told someone would be out two days ago and we still haven’t gotten our trash picked up. I understand trucks need repair but this isnt the first time this has happened this year. My neighbors are getting tired of my trash piling up out front of our house. Can’t bring it in because we have no idea when it will or ever get picked up. We are up to 3 large trash containers now.

Company had not pickup trash for a month in October to which I had to payout of pocket around 85 dollars to dump my trash at the landfill myself. Then had to nerve to send a bill for the next quarter with no discount for the inconvenience. But have the nerve to call when Im at work to request payment. Edit the owner called and was in willing to work with me. They instead stated that October is “in the past” Wish Jay DC was still accepting customers ♂️
