Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company. My husband called for a tow around 10am and was given a quote and was asked to text the pick up and drop off addresses, which he did right away. After that, we never heard back. We called to get an update multiple times but no one answered or followed up. We weren’t in a rush and tried to be patient, but after waiting 7 hours with zero updates, we had no choice but to contact another towing service. A simple call or text to let us know they couldn’t do it would have been the respectful and professional thing to do. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this company based on our experience.
