Absolutely wonderful people; Personable, Professional, courteous, respectful, and extremely pleasant. They made the whole process seamless. They provided a competitive price up front and held that price even though I added some additional items. My only regret is that I was so pleased with the experience, I totally forgot to give them a tip with I fully intended to do. A tip wasn't requested or part of the expected service, but they did such a good job, I wanted to throw some extra into their pocket. I had asked for a quick pick-up and they pulled some it off without hesitation.

They were awesome! From the first phone call to the removal of my junk, the guys from Kraken were friendly and very professional! Great communication prior to arrival and the whole thing took 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
