“I can't say enough good things about Casper and this service. I called and immediately got a response, with clear pricing. Within a few days, all my junk from my basement was removed from my yard. My request wasn't easy since my yard is several feet above street level, past my side yard. I had no dumpster and couldn't get one back there in my yard, so I bought those dumpsters in a bag from Home Depot and filled them. Casper asked me to send photos and took a quick look himself one day to ensure that we were in good shape to arrange the pick up. Casper gave me a fair price, was clear with his instructions, arrived on time, and left no mess. If he does reach out, he'll claim there are operational issues, promise to come, wash, rinse, repeat. DO NOT do business with this person unless you're open to getting scammed. We will be taking him to small claims court to try to recoup our money.”
