I have been late on my payments and even had my service stopped during hard times, however I always paid the arrears and was turned right back on and even picked up the same day that I made my payments. From the office team to the drivers everyone works together to keep customers happy. I do realize that there are some customers that are never happy, but NO company is perfect, Its how they handle each and every situation with professional courtesy. I do highly recommend Tom Berkowitz every chance I get!! I have to add that my driver Vinny is awesome at his job.”
