Sean & his crew are amazing!! I hired them to clear out a 1300sqft, upstairs condo, in Arcadia. This condo was packed with every kind of furniture; end tables, chairs, lamps, hundreds & hundreds of books(she was a retired school teacher), figurines, and trinkets and that my aunt had collect over many decades. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Carrying most items down stairs in Rubbermaid style trash cans to their truck, although, there was a small elevator available for the larger items. Their non-stop effort and progress was unbelievable. I think they took physics classes somewhere, due to how tightly they packed their truck. Not wasting ANY space to ensure optimal load capacity. It took four loads in their large vehicle. Some companies will loosely load their trucks to make more trips to charge more. After a full day of incredibly hard work, they swept, and cleaned-up all items and debris of their path. Sean & crew was not the most expensive quote, but I cannot imagine any other company doing nearly as good & efficient of a job! I cannot recommend them enough!! Outstanding job all around.
