“I'm extremely frustrated with the repeated issues regarding trash pickup at my residence on 1936 High Ridge Drive in Blacksburg. This past Wednesday morning, I made sure our trash was out by 8:30 AM, well ahead of the usual pickup time around 10:30 AM. Despite this, our trash was not collected. This is the third time this has happened, with the previous incident occurring only three weeks ago. This lack of consistency is utterly frustrating. We cannot leave the trash out overnight because of bears. The whole thing is getting more stressful than it needs to be . Over the past several months, there have been numerous instances where services were skipped for various reasons, yet fees were still assessed without any adjustment or compensation for the missed pickups. This pattern of neglect and poor service is entirely unacceptable. As paying customers, we deserve reliable and consistent trash collection. The service provided has been far from satisfactory, and I hope this review prompts the company to address these issues and improve their service.”
