“I do not use them at this address, but do have them at our Roanoke location and Vinton. It is impossible to talk to a human. I have been trying for 2 days at different times, I have used there call back service 3 times. It is beyond frustrating. I tried calling local number but the same frustration. This is why these companies lose money they think it is a good idea to take the human factor out.”

“Took 3 tries to get the correct container and the locking door was broken so I couldn’t lock it even after paying for the locking mechanism. There is always debris hanging off the container after dumping since driver never cleans up after. They require a 3-4 month notice to cancel service or you’re locked into another year. Call someone else.”

“They said the residents can handle trash free. 12 trips/units a year. When I drive the Uhaul 10' to throw the home furnitures, it takes me 18 dollars. I don't understand why Uhaul just not resident trash anymore. It is reasonble to believe when you drive a car, and something other excuses just show up. They do handle trash at low price, but it is not free at all.”
