“This company is a joke. 2 weeks ago they swapped out our cans for garabge and recycling because the City of Waukeaha switched companies. Our garbage can is tiny. You can fit 2 bags in it and it's full. I called them to swap out the can for the 96 gallon so that with a family of 5 it will actually hold something. They asked me before if I received a letter in the mail prior to the swapping the cans out. I told the lady on the phone I never got anything like that. She proceeded to tell me it would be $90.00 to exchange it, she said would you like to proceed. I said no I will not pay that. I will stack the garbage to the sky before that happens. That is not very good customer service and I guarantee I'm not the only person calling about this. What a joke.”
