5 great strong, hard working guys moved us in about 8 hours. They were wonderful! The final balance came out to be a little less than their quote. Could not be happier. Great experience from beginning to end!

Would NEVER use again. I don’t know how this place has such great ratings. In the beginning of our moving process, we talked on the phone with someone to give them our inventory, tell them about the moving process, how far the movers have to walk, etc. Well- when the movers came to our apartment, they disclosed that they cannot take anything not in a box (which was NEVER told to me) so there were dozens of zipper bags of clothes, blankets, pillows, etc that couldn’t be moved. They said they didn’t get the couch listed either, which is a lie. They even took the doors off of our tv stand so they wouldn’t break, and didn’t even bring the doors because they “weren’t in a box” after THEY took them off. Then, when they got to our home (BRAND NEW, first home by the way, keep in mind), Tyler said “okay so should we just leave everything in the garage for you guys?” It is evident they never intended on doing a good job. He was so incredibly rude when he realized that we had a two story home (of which, was disclosed prior to) yelling “TWO STORIES, MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY!” Just so incredibly frustrating. Then- he carried a large 6 foot desk upstairs by himself, he should’ve used his partner, because he managed to ding up all of our walls on the stairs and hallway. Our 2nd desk was broken in transit. At the end, when we had to pay them, it ended up being cheaper than the quoted price (of which he let us know) however it was only cheaper and a shorter process because they didn’t move half of the items we needed them to. I filed a claim, and the next day they called, but I couldn’t answer because we had to rent a U-Haul to move the rest of our items. I will never work with this company again and will tell those close to me this story, especially if they care about their items and their home. Pictures show a few of the dings and the boxes we had them just leave in the dining room towards the end of the process because we didn’t trust them to move anything any further.

Dj and jauan did a great job. They were very courteous and kept me informed about their arrival. I would highly recommend Smith Brothers. This is the second time I have used their services and I'm sure I will call on them again in the future. Linda

Great company with great customer service. There was a issue with a truck breaking down on the day of my service, but no one called me to reschedule. I called them and they apologized multiple times for the lack of communication, got me rescheduled and gave me a discount as well. The 2 men who removed the junk from my house were great! Very professional and extreemly efficient. Definitely recommend.

Great service. I moved and had some extra things I needed to get rid of. Called Junk Bosses and they came same day. Loaded up my stuff quickly and did it all for a very reasonable fee. Thank you!

I can’t believe this service! I texted them a picture of my junk and they were literally here and gone within an hour of my text at an extremely reasonable rate. I’ll happily use them over and over!
