Horrible company. I rented a 20-yard roll-off and was hit with multiple unexplained charges — including service fees for visits that were never requested. When I reached out to billing for clarification, instead of explaining the charges, they threatened to send my account to collections. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ll only use them again if I’m forced to by city mandate. Avoid this company if you can — they operate like crooks.

WM costumer service is one of the worst I had experience dealing with. When you try to switch service, they bounce you back and forth. After service is switched , they forget to turn in the paperwork, so you have to call again, to make sure switch happened. Different representatives will give you different information. All in all , huge mess.
