“I've been an interior designer and project manager, and have a lot of experience on job sites, and I highly recommend Complete Property Services. I hired them over the winter to do a whole-house clean-out and mold remediation on a huge restoration project of my own. Russ explained his remediation process to me very clearly and laid out a plan for preventing mold in the future. Russ and his guys worked quickly, and I was blown away by how they kept the worksite clean. So much in fact, that I asked him to quote several other projects around my house, including demo work and grinding the basement floors down. The basement was full of junk, including oil cans and paint, and would occasionally flood, and the floors were disgusting. I couldn't believe how nice they came out; they look like they were just poured! Once the weather warmed up and the snow started melting, we noticed A LOT of water coming in through the foundation. The guys started removing water and setting up fans immediately to prevent mold issues. They diligently investigated the water entry, soil and other factors to come up with a plan and are now installing a perimeter drain, waterproofing the exterior of the foundation, and sealing the cracks on the interior. Once again, I'm super impressed with how they maintain the site as they work and communicate clearly. I also want to praise them for their holistic approach to these projects. They don't just offer quick fixes that could potentially lead to other issues down the road, but take the time to think about the best path forward, which I really appreciate. I just hired them to install overhangs, a new roof, and to replace a concrete patio. I can't recommend CPS enough.”
