“Do not use this company, if they make a mistake, they will screw you over. Original service was performed 6/13/2024 Unprepared to do the one thing I asked them for, having tools to break down the desks I needed to be thrown away. In addition, my work phone and Eero router were thrown away. I called Stand Up Guys 6/14 to ask for some sort of compensation because we were charged by Spectrum for the Eero that was thrown away and have been ignored for 6 months. They cannot say they didn't know, see text message attached from November where they said they would have the manager reach out. They successfully dragged this out where I'm SOL only because I wanted to give them the chance to make it right.”
