“Rumpke has been providing services to my Kettering home for the last 4 years (2021-2025). The service has been reliable with few issues. The couple of times I did have an issue it was quickly resolved. Their communications for service delays or changes is timely and helpful. Their website offers easy payment options. I’ve been very pleased with their service.”

“During the winter I had a lot of problems with trash not being picked up. C/S stated there was snow blocking the cans. My driveway was cleared but they wouldn't deduct anything. Then they didn't pick up the trash the following week either so I was refunded 1 pickup charge. But it continued that they couldn't find the trash cans. The cans have been in same location for 58 years. Another incident lately they said I didn't put out the trash so no deduction. My neighbor who has same service as I (pick up house side full price) asked the driver about not picking up and he said he didn't know he was supposed to. That's not what the Customer service folks said. Its always the standard line of I'll contact the supervisor and when you call back they state the same thing and it goes round and round. I don't like your service. I think the problem is the training that they are supposed to get but there is no follow up. This company needs to bring up their customer service ratings. Read my comments on my customer service record at your office.
