“My son hired this company through Booksy for mobile mechanic service to replace a starter. Job was completed and car started. The next morning he went out and car did not start. When he called Mr. Porter said just jump the car. When he asked if they could come and perform the jump? Yes for an extra charge. I called the owner not the person who did the job and asked why the extra charge, if the same problem is happening that was supposed to be fixed yesterday? The owner cuts me off mid sentence, starts raising his voice, and basically proceeds to say we did the job and that's that, have a great day. Perhaps he was just having a bad day but not cool. If he let me finish my question/statement, I was going to ask: if he pays the 40 bucks and its a different problem would they apply it towards whatever else might have been needed since he knows nothing about cars and should have probably asked for a diagnostic from the start and not a starter. Mr. Porter, I am not sure what was "disrespectful" about my call. But oh well, we try to support our own but never again.”

“Unacceptable and disturbing experience as a business customer in Medford. A clearly marked private trash bin at my business location was taken by this company without authorization. When I called asking for it to be returned, I was laughed at. I never signed up for WM services, yet my business was enrolled without my consent. When bills began arriving, my private bin had disappeared and WM bins had appeared instead. I made multiple calls trying to resolve this and recover my bin and was repeatedly mocked by customer service. After I stated I would not pay to offset the loss of my bin, WM immediately removed their own bins from my business location in apparent retaliation, while continuing to send bills for a service they were no longer providing. During a later call to cancel, I was mocked again — and on one occasion my accent was mocked, which is completely unacceptable. This went far beyond a billing issue. It involved unauthorized enrollment, removal of a private bin from a business location, retaliatory behavior, and discriminatory treatment. Extremely unprofessional.”

“Always sending trucks to pick up trash at 4:30am and 5am everyday behind flaming grill in Malden. It makes so much noise smashing the dumpster around. You can’t make noise until after 7am by law. Please stop sending them so early. I’m going to start calling everyday to get you guys fined if it persists. Thank you”
