“Our story seems to be nearly identical to the majority of the negative Google reviews regarding AAA Disposal. AAA missed our Thursday pickup week after week, month after month. I would email AAA late Friday afternoon to notify them that our trash was still waiting to be picked up. My interactions with Bonnie & Austin have been filled with excuses, and the occasional lie, each time I have had to contact them. Austin's attitude was especially disrespectful, and dishonest as well. They obviously do not care about their customers. It is also obvious that they do not know how to operate a business properly or ethically either. Perhaps it's appropriate that AAA is in the trash business, because that's the exact quality of Service and Customer Service they provide... Trash! So do yourself a favor and choose another company, any other company!”

“This is the most unprofessional and lazy trash guy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! We paid for 2 months of service and he only picked up the trash 3 times. For those that can’t do math that’s 8 times he was supposed to pick it up and didn’t. When he does actually decide to show up he always leaves a mess in the road which I have to pick up. Also, When we called and asked why he hadn’t gotten it yet he then proceeded to knock on my door and tell us all about his “health issues” and started begging us to work for him or find people that will! Unacceptable and unprofessional! Lazy and incredibly incompetent is the best way to describe the owners of this company!”

Jim really wanted to get rude with me cause I’m irritated that he only comes out and dumps my dumpster once a month. Knowing I paid him to come out twice a month. Yet he’s irritated that my dumpster is overflowing. In the same sense, he’s telling me that his been by my house but because I’m not home when he comes to give him more money he doesn’t take my trash. Recently, told him that I want him to come take my trash and take his dumpster that I will be looking for trash service else where. He responds with he’ll come take his dumpster but will be dumping the trash in my yard. Granted I did tell him since he does half the job, he only deserves half the money. But dumping the trash in my yard is illegal.”

“We recently hired Primos Junk Removal to remove approximately half a ton of rocks from our backyard, with some being very heavy. I called them on Wednesday night after 5:00 pm and they showed up right on time, the next afternoon to do a quote. They quickly assessed the rock pile and gave us a very fair, upfront price with no hidden fees. We agreed to the price and they got to work immediately. The workers were incredible. They were very careful not to damage our concrete walkway or driveway. They made sure they picked up everything and didn't leave anything behind. When they were done, they swept up to make sure they didn't leave any dust or small debris. If you are looking to have any debris removed, you need to give them a call. They made a tough job feel effortless, left our property spotless, charged a reasonable price and were super friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
