Due to the value of the furnishings and art they were moving, they recommended the higher level of insurance to protect the move— so I added that on as recommended. This company, damaged, destroyed or lost more than $5000 worth of furnishings and after 6 months of consistent calls, emails back-and-forth, photos, receipts they have continually been playing the delay game and as of the date of this review — I still haven’t received payment or resolution. I finally got an attorney involved. Another expense, more wasted time and endless hassle. Six months later, I have dozens of emails and the upgraded insurance but no resolution to the thousands of dollars in they lost, damaged and destroyed. I’ve worked with several other companies in the valley over the last 6 years, do yourself a favor and save yourself endless headaches, money, and hassle— find another mover, ANY other mover. This is the first negative review I have ever left. I don’t take it lightly. Be careful.”
