“Seth and Derek provided excellent service. We used them for both junk removal and our move from SC to FL. All our items were handled with care. They took time to wrap each piece of furniture. No items were broken or damaged. They were very friendly and accommodating. This team is very highly recommended. The whole process from start to finish was easy.”

“I recognize experiences with moving companies may vary, however I would caution the community with Two Men and a Truck. We hired their services to pack our house and load our U-Pack semi. We are a prior military family with many many moves under our belt. We have never had our belongings treated so poorly before. Some stuff was wrapped fine, while other stuff was quite literally tossed in the truck. We had some leather furniture that wasn’t wrapped whatsoever that’s torn and punctured. Beautiful bed frames that weren’t projected whatsoever that’s damaged. Wood furniture that wasn’t protected with so much as a single piece of paper that is considerably damaged. Table lamps, sound bar and speakers, roomba and many other items that weren’t even put in a box and tossed in there with no packaging or padding only to break. We have furniture that has gone from Alaska to South Dakota to Washington to South Carolina just fine, only to break with this move due to how little it was protected- if it was protected at all. Of course you sign your life away with these moves so they offered us $200 for our troubles. We did opt into the extended coverage but jury’s out on whether or not that was actually put into our file, so we’re left with subpar customer service, no accountability for how our belongings were simply trashed, and a laundry list of things to fix/replace. We’ve seen some stuff having frequently moved, but this takes the cake. We paid a large sum of money to have this be how our things were treated. Unless you really have the time to watch every little thing, which you shouldn’t have to do, I would say based off of our experience I would not recommend their services. All photos were taken upon receiving items to show the company, how stuff was damaged, packed (or lack there of). I am incredibly disappointed in how they’ve responded seeing these photos. We signed final paperwork having no idea how negligent they were when being entrusted with our belongings.”

“Would NEVER use again. I don’t know how this place has such great ratings. In the beginning of our moving process, we talked on the phone with someone to give them our inventory, tell them about the moving process, how far the movers have to walk, etc. Well- when the movers came to our apartment, they disclosed that they cannot take anything not in a box (which was NEVER told to me) so there were dozens of zipper bags of clothes, blankets, pillows, etc that couldn’t be moved. They said they didn’t get the couch listed either, which is a lie. They even took the doors off of our tv stand so they wouldn’t break, and didn’t even bring the doors because they “weren’t in a box” after THEY took them off. Then, when they got to our home (BRAND NEW, first home by the way, keep in mind), Tyler said “okay so should we just leave everything in the garage for you guys?” It is evident they never intended on doing a good job. He was so incredibly rude when he realized that we had a two story home (of which, was disclosed prior to) yelling “TWO STORIES, MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY!” Just so incredibly frustrating. Then- he carried a large 6 foot desk upstairs by himself, he should’ve used his partner, because he managed to ding up all of our walls on the stairs and hallway. Our 2nd desk was broken in transit. At the end, when we had to pay them, it ended up being cheaper than the quoted price (of which he let us know) however it was only cheaper and a shorter process because they didn’t move half of the items we needed them to. I filed a claim, and the next day they called, but I couldn’t answer because we had to rent a U-Haul to move the rest of our items. I will never work with this company again and will tell those close to me this story, especially if they care about their items and their home. Pictures show a few of the dings and the boxes we had them just leave in the dining room towards the end of the process because we didn’t trust them to move anything any further.”

When a tenant forgot she had left some things in the basement, they gave us time and room to clear them out for her. I've added before and after photos”
