“Disorganized, Careless, and Unresponsive – Avoid at All Costs I’ll start by saying I don’t leave many reviews. I own a business and I get that things happen but this experience was horrendous and the after math with trying to figure out a resolution is just as bad. I used this company three years ago and had a great experience, so I trusted them again for my recent move in June. That was my first mistake. What was estimated to be a 4–6 hour move ended up taking over 12 hours due to a completely unorganized and inexperienced crew. Rather than dividing responsibilities, the entire team focused on one task at a time, dragging out the process for no reason. I ultimately had to pay more than double the original quote — not because the job was difficult, but because of their inefficiency and lack of care. The damage left behind was unacceptable: • They scraped the walls of the townhouse I moved out of • Scratched the newly polished and stained floors in my new home • Broke a dining room chair • Ruined the master bedroom set from poor handling and lack of wrapping • Lost screws to a bedroom set in which my 65 year old dad had to assist them with • Left most furniture wrapped and placed randomly wherever they saw fit To make matters worse, they are incredibly difficult to get in touch with. It took over a week — and several follow-up attempts on my end — just to hear back regarding a resolution. When I finally did, it became clear they had no intention of making things right. Their response was more of a technical shrug than actual customer care, offering a reimbursement that didn’t even come close to covering a fraction of the cost of the damaged items. The quality and professionalism this company once had is clearly gone. I regret ever trusting them again and strongly caution others against doing the same. Do yourself a favor do NOT book with this company. (Added just a few of the pictures from the move)”

Her Customer Service has convinced us this company is really trying to bring back the days when Customers mattered and businesses tried to keep their customers and appreciated them. “Worst customer service ever! I tried calling to discuss the cancellation policy after my husband called to cancel. They fail to tell you, they charged us for the next month after canceling because they want a 30 day notice which was never discussed at the time he called to cancel. They said it was and it was not!! So they were going to listen to tapes to prove it was and give us a call back which they never called back so we called them back and they said lost the tapes to prove it but still no refund. So after six phone calls, hung up on several times transferred to supposedly supervisors and got voicemails. I finally called on three different phones at the same time two cell phones and the landline. finally got a hold of a supervisor and had to fight to get my 28.82 refund. So family owned curbside is definitely NOT family friendly so watch yourself if you try to cancel because you get a better deal with Walter’s, or any other trash service because they are not going to refund you account on the monies take fraudulently. Good luck! PS… they also took out our entire mailbox at one of our pickups. Find another sucker curbside! Why is there never a name after replies from the “ owner” on other reviews? Doesn’t want people to know who they and are ashamed of what they do to customers???”

“Really fantastic service! I called at 9am for yard debris and they came at noon with a huge truck. So relieved, I really had no idea what to do with the insane amount of debris from just one bush.”

Amazingly, WastePro admitted the error, and then, and this is the kicker, took steps to correct it that respected my work hours and were incredibly timely. The follow-through was impressive, and it's through admitting a mistake and correcting it that it's clear the company is doing its best for the community.”

“Absolutely Unreliable – Whitetail Trash Disposal Failed Me I rarely leave bad reviews, but Whitetail has completely earned this one. My trash pickup was missed on Tuesday, and despite multiple promises of a “recovery truck,” it’s now Saturday and nothing has been done. I’ve called eight times, and each time I was met with vague apologies and empty promises. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I’d receive a call back within 24–48 hours—still no response. It’s clear that follow-through and accountability are not part of their business model. This level of service is unacceptable. Trash is piling up, and I’m left with no answers and no action. If you’re considering Whitetail, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They’ve wasted my time, ignored my concerns, and failed to deliver even the most basic service they’re paid for.”

“Horrible. Unfortunately, Whitetail is the only company that serves my area. The picture below is a normal occurrence. They do this kind of work, but want us to believe they separate the trash and recycle which all goes into one truck. They claim they can’t get a recycle truck in our neighborhood, but Republic could. Not to mention we have construction vehicles here routinely which are much larger than any recycle/trash truck. Wish we could get Republic back. Don’t wonder why your driver doesn’t get a Christmas envelope during the holidays. Guess I’ll to go pick up trash out of the street…again.”
