“The guys from Junk King arrived within the window of time promised. They looked over the job and gave me a very reasonable quote, I agreed to it, and they performed the clean up immediately. They cleaned up everything quickly. We were very happy with how friendly they were and the service they provided. I would definitely use them again when needed. The garage photo shows cat litter I sprinkled on the floor to soak up oil from the tenant that moved out. Other than that...nice, cleaned out garage. They also cleaned out the basement area.”

“Had an emergency situation with all toilets clogging up last night and called Losson at 7 AM today. Got a text response right away, had a driver scheduled who showed up at 9. Unfortunately the septic tank holders were covered and was able to get them uncovered and Bill showed back up few mins later and got the stuff taken care off. “Completely unreliable, disgustingly outrageous prices. Trying to make me pay USD 300 to remove some trash bags full of trash that weren't heavy that my mother could lift. (She's 63) When I finally got them to a somewhat reasonable price from their manager or whoever I spoke to on the phone they made me feel as if because they dropped it to a reasonable price that I owed them a 5 star review. Here's your review. I'll never use this service ever again, the workers at my house were 100% Completely professional and polite. Who ever i spoke to on the phone was not. Constant attitude. I felt belittled and forced to use their service. If I were you I'd Completely avoid this service at all costs unless you want to spend a crapton of money on the smallest amount of items.”

I used Josh's services close to 3 weeks ago, and I was nothing short of blown away by the efficiency, professionalism, and overall terrific experience. Although Josh could not physically be there on the day of my move, he set clear expectations with me ahead of time so that I was aware of who would be in charge, as well as the exact team of young men I should expect. The move itself went extremely well. A team of 4 men worked quickly, diligently, and efficiently to ensure that all of mine and my son's belongings were transported and positioned safely and without even the slightest damage. Unbeknownst to Josh or his employees, this move was of great importance to my small family, as we had endured a trying couple of years at a residence with which we were simply unhappy. Moving day is typically one of excitement for most people, but ours signaled entry into a brand new phase of life for me and my son, so our excitement felt that much more significant. The movers even complimented our new home multiple times, which felt really good, as it is something for which I had worked extremely hard. We had a deck to be removed and it proved to be a hard job, but Josh and his team did it quickly! They were willing and able to do clean up and asked if we wanted anything else removed.
