They got me into their schedule, and told me that they would arrive between 10am-12pm, with a 20 minute heads up call. Literally on the dot I get a call at 10:10am, saying that they have arrived at my place, got my couch out and onto their truck in 10 minutes! I do have to give credit to my apartment being so close to the exit, but still! It was a difficult L-sectional couch that needed to get out of a tiny door, through a tiny hallway, and down a tiny set of stairs. So props to the guys! I hired the Junk Veteran to remove a few pieces of furniture and some construction debris from my garage, and it was the single worst service experience I have ever had. First, the crew showed up two hours late with no phone call. When they finally arrived, they seemed completely untrained. While removing a heavy couch, they slammed it into my door frame, causing significant damage to the drywall and knocking a picture frame off the wall, which they then ignored. The most alarming part? When I asked them to be careful, the lead worker became verbally aggressive and intimidating, telling me, "It's just junk, who cares?" When I insisted they stop, he threatened to leave the trash in my driveway and charge me for the "time wasted." Furthermore, my neighbor saw their truck dumping debris, including household items I know were mine… into a wooded area near the local park, not a designated landfill. This is illegal dumping and could put me at risk. After I complained to the owner, I think Nick was his name.. I was met with total silence, followed by a scammy bait-and-switch charge. The initial quote was USD 200, but I was charged over USD 600 with "extra labor" fees that were never mentioned. If you value your property, your safety, and your wallet, STAY AWAY. I am filing a report with the BBB and the local authorities regarding the illegal dumping.”

The fence posts were buried deeper and had much larger concrete footers than expected. Although that required more effort and time than expected, they stuck to their price.
