There were scheduling conflicts on my end, and he was understanding and flexible throughout the whole process. He also coordinated with the owner of the piano I was acquiring and ensured we were all on the same page so that the transition could go smoothly. Upon arrival, Scott and his team rolled out their gear like practiced professionals and easily got my baby grand into the house. Having just finished the pine floors, I was concerned about the piano's weight, but there was not a single dent or scratch when all was done. I presented them with an extra challenge of attempting to put the piano on a spider dolly that I was unsure would fit- unfortunately, it didn't end up fitting the piano. Still, the team put in every effort to try. We ended up with an alternative solution that I am very pleased with. All of this was done in a small room that was barely able to fit the piano comfortably.
